In early 2018 the board of my orchestra asked me to take care of the website werkstattorchester.de. The website features a contact form for musicians who want to play with us, as well as detailed information on the board members, the creative director, as well as our past and present concerts. After discovering the advantages of Gatsby.js, I planned to rework the website. Keeping the original design by Lars Engeln, I rebuild the site from the ground up, incorporating Gatsby and React. I particularly focussed on making the page accessible, utilizing different tools, such as contrast-ratio, WAVE and axe.
